Return & Cancellation
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, your return request will be cancelled.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

- Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.
- In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail email@example.com with details of the product and its damage within 24 hours of receiving the products.
- The Return Process may take 7-10 working days to complete.
